It's full RIP, you only need extract and Play Game. Click RMX7.exe and try again. If error message, click Ignore or Cancel....

If your Windows is Win7:

Right click RMX7.exe --> Properties --> Compatibility --> Check Run this program in compatility mode for: --> Select Windows XP (Service Pack 2) --> Privilege Level --> Check Run this program as an administrator -->OK
