Trước đó, Namco Bandai thông báo game sẽ ra mắt vào ngày 22/10/2013 nhưng mới đây, Steam cho biết game sẽ chính thức dời ngày ra mắt trễ hơn 3 ngày (25/10/2013). Việc Naruto : Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst ra mắt trên PC có thể coi là một điều bất ngờ vì series game về Naruto của hãng Namco Bandai chưa từng một lần xuất hiện trên PC.

Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 Full Burst sẽ ra mắt trên 2 hệ máy là PlayStation 3 và Xbox 360 vào ngày 22 tháng 10 dưới cả 2 định dạng là đĩa game và tải về. Game là bản nâng cấp của tựa game Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3 phát hành vào ngày 3/5 trên hệ console. Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst phiên bản PC sẽ bao gồm bản game gốc và DLC Full Burst.
Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst sẽ bổ sung một chương hoàn toàn mới, bổ sung thêm nhân vật Kabuto vào chế độ Versus , thêm 100 nhiệm vụ mới cùng việc chỉnh sửa lại các đoạn phim (cinematic). Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 3: Full Burst sẽ ra mắt trên Steam vào ngày 25/10 tới, đây là phiên bản về series game Naruto đầu tiên mà các fan trên hệ máy PC được thưởng thức.
