Trong phim Cô Gái Kiêu Kỳ được chiếu trên Vtv9, Tường Vy vào vai Trân Châu – cô con gái duy nhất của bà Xinh (Trịnh Kim Chi) một phụ nữ góa chồng sớm. Được mẹ cưng chiều, lại có sắc đẹp và được nhiều chàng trai theo đuổi, si mê nên Trân Châu tỏ ra ngạo mạn, kiêu kỳ, chẳng coi ai ra gì.
Trân Châu luôn coi đám đàn ông là công cụ tiêu khiển, là thước đo sự xinh đẹp, hấp dẫn của mình. Muốn trêu ghẹo ai đó, Trân Châu đến gần, nhận lời tỏ tình, khiến họ yêu mình như điếu đổ, rồi đùng một cái, đột ngột chấm hết cuộc tình bằng tiếng cười xòa. Bao kẻ tình si đã phải vì cô thổn thức khổ đau, mất ăn mất ngủ cùng nỗi uất hận khó nói thành lời.
Trong cuộc sống đời thường, Trân Châu rất khó chịu, không hòa đồng và ăn nói kẻ cả nên chỉ có duy nhất một người bạn thân. Đó là Thùy Dương (Hà Thu Phương) - con gái bà giúp việc. Thùy Dương không xinh đẹp, song tính tình nhu mì, khiêm tốn, nhường nhịn, và luôn hết lòng vì người khác. Thuỳ Dương và Trâu Châu đang học chung trường Đại học sư phạm thành phố.
Sau khi đoạt giải cuộc thi diễn viên triển vọng, Trân Châu bỗng nổi tiếng và càng kiêu kỳ, ngạo mạn. Cô được đạo diễn Nam Khanh mời vào vai nữ chính trong phim “Bến tình”. Đến phim trường, Trân Châu nhanh chóng thu hút được sự chú ý của mọi người. Trong đó, nam diễn viên chính Khải Hà (Ngọc Thuận) bị Trân Châu hút hồn ngay lần gặp mặt đầu tiên. Anh đem chuyện này kể với người bạn thân Thế Trung (Huy Khánh) - Giám đốc hãng phim. Đôi bạn này cũng rất thân nhau, tương đồng về tính cách và có nhiều sở thích giống nhau.
