Synopsis
LAW LIK AH (Kevin Cheng) makes a comeback after spending two years in prison. Working together with his wife WONG SEE FU (Myolie Wu), the couple become the 'Condor Heroes' of Sham Shui Po, continuing to help residents fight for justice. However, LAW and SEE FU's attitude and style when handling cases remains different and due to this, the couple quarrels frequently. As LAW's ex-wife GING LING LEI (Christine Kuo) suddenly returns from the US, LAW and SEE FU's relationship is put to the test. On the other hand, a businessman from the real estate industry was displeased by how they handled a building toppling case, which led to a disaster for LAW. Social worker TING KA FU (Sam Lee), MAI GOR CHI (Jazz Lam) and new police officer LEUNG BAO SING (Raymond Cho) also get affected. Can they all finally join forces and help vulnerable citizens fight for.

La Lực Á (Kevin Cheng – Trịnh Gia Dĩnh) được tha về sau 2 năm ngồi tù. Cùng với vợ là Vương Tư Cổ (Myolie Wu – Hồ Hạnh Nhân), họ trở thành một đôi “thần điêu hiệp lữ” tại Thâm Thủy Bộ Khu và tiếp tục giúp đỡ cư dân tại đó tranh đấu cho sự công bằng. Tuy vậy, thái độ và phương pháp ứng xử của Lực Á và Tư Cổ hoàn toàn đối nghịch nhau và chính vì thế, giữa họ liên tục xảy ra những cuộc tranh cãi.
Khi vợ cũ của Lực Á là Cảnh Linh Lị (Christine Kuo – Câu Vân Tuệ) bất ngờ từ Mỹ về nước, tình cảm giữa Lực Á và Tư Cổ bị đặt trong sự thử thách. Thêm vào đó, việc cả hai người đang giải quyết một tai nạn sụp đổ building cũng chính là nguyên nhân làm phật lòng một thương nhân buôn bán nhà, và điều này là một tai họa chết người đến với Lực Á. Cán sự xã hội Đinh Gia Phú (Sam Lee – Lý Xán Sâm) cùng với Mễ Tá Trị (Jazz Lam – Lâm Tử Thiện) và cảnh sát viên mới Lương Bao Thăng (Raymond Cho – Tào Vĩnh Liêm) cũng bị ảnh hưởng lây trong sự kiện này. Liệu rằng họ có thể cùng nhau vượt qua được trở ngại này để tiếp tục giúp đỡ cho những công dân yếu đưối tranh đấu cho sự công bằng?
