- Giải nén
- Upload file : vbshout.php lên thư mục cùng file index.php

- Vào Plugins & Products-->Download / Upload Plugins xuống dưới mục Import Plugin Definitions XML File import file vbshout.xml thế là xong!!

- Muốn cấu hình thì vào adminCP--> vBulletin Options --> vBShout Option
